    The outdoor bathroom design adds a unique charm.

    Room service was slow, often taking ages to deliver even basic items. The hotel is located far from any tourist attractions and shopping malls, essentially forcing you to remain on-site unless you're planning extensive travel. The pool lighting was inadequate at night.

    Modern, reasonably clean hotel, good value. Reasonably priced and marvellous breakfast with delicious fresh fish as well as all the usual international fare; lovely friendly staff. Spacious room with a massive bed and a private feel and a semi outdoor bathroom.

    Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

    Very nice, quite big hotel with giantic rooms and separate big bathroom with the shower and a bath. Very nice 100 m long pool with warm water and a nice restaurant. Situated by the beach. We had a great time there as a couple, very luxury and romantic hotel.

    Jetwing is a serene resort with a fine 100m pool overlooking the lagoon. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the airport. The beautiful luxury room offered ample space and comfort, and the attentive waiters.

    Jetwing Lagoon is good no doubt. We really enjoyed our stay. Having breakfast in front of lagoon water was just amazing. Staffs all are extremely friendly. Pool is just amazing.

    We had booked Deluxe Room and there was no where mentioned that it has two separate beds... We were dissapointed with that as we were looking for one Queen size bed but after making many calls they finally fixed it but that was good enough. Food we felt is very expensive and We are vegetarians and no much choice also. We had asked for Airport pick up which they failed to provide and we only ended up in approaching some Jetwing guy and he helped us out but it took a while. In bathroom area there are lot of musquitos we just cant spend time there.

    We had an awesome stay with impeccable service.

    Appreciated this eco-friendly hotel, and we will certainly stay here again. The staff was nice and the place was fairly clean. The location was peaceful and great for us - in front of restaurants and bars.

    Location in the lagoon , big summing pool , spacious rooms ,and nice staff.

    The web site indicate that the rooms have an ocean view but it's only few of'em got only lagoon view. :(. The food need more options than the offered everyday specialy in the breakfast. Restaurant staff need more training.

    A peaceful retreat by the lagoon

    Staying at Jetwing Lagoon reminded me of finding an oasis. The vast 100m pool was inviting, and the open-air bathroom was a whimsical surprise.

    Our experience was marred by mediocre service. Breakfast options were below par, and communication issues with staff caused some frustration .

    Loved my stay, it was pleasant. The accommodation was exceptional, pool was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was well-trained and extremely helpful and responsive to requests. The room was themed and a nice size, had smoke detectors for the safety. Free Wi-Fi was strong and the service was very good.

    Rooms are excellent: spacious, comfortable, clean, elegant; and swimming pool impressively big.They serve good food (bit pricy though considering size of the portions) and the restaurant has great view on the backwaters. Hotel is new and they organised it with attention to details.

    Checkout was a nightmare. Not only the person who was taking care, was also taking all the incoming calls, hence been permanently distracted, but also claimed that my AmEx should have had 16 digit number and this is my problem that it does not.After 30 minutes I was told my bill cannot be issued with my proper name, that I have mentioned both at the time of reservation and on the check in form.
